 On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to our community! Wellington E  is a 42 unit condominium property located within Century Village of West Palm  Beach.  

The mission of the Wellington E Condominium Association is to support and  enhance the value of each owner's unit by maintaining the property safely and  efficiently; to conduct the affairs of the association in a transparent manner in  order to elicit confidence in the board and to maintain sufficient financial  reserves so that the valuation of units for current and future owners is not at  risk.  

Wellington E residents have access to two Wellington resident only pools, as  well as the extensive facilities of Century Village.  It is a perfect retreat for  relaxation, recreation and life under the Florida sunshine.
